     In this stressful life, you can reduce your stress by mediation. Stress is a problem that is troubling today's young generation.  You can resort to meditation to relieve these stress.




     As you all know, meditation has many benefits.  Even then, there will be many of you who never do meditation.  There will be very few people who do meditation every day.

    Here we are telling you some types of meditation and their methods.

 1.  ॐ Meditation

     ॐ(Om) meditation is also called mantra meditation. Only with the pronunciation of ॐ do you experience peace.If you are starting a meditation then this will be the best meditation for you. 

  • To do this one must get up before sunrise and take a bath. Now of a quiet place. 
  • Now choose a quiet place and sit in a state of happiness.  Now pronounce the word ॐ.
  • This will give peace to your mind and you will feel stress-free.


2. Mindfulness Meditation 


     Mindfulness is a form of meditation that urges people to be aware and present in the moment. Instead of living in the past or pursuing the future, mindfulness encourages awareness of a person's present time.  Mindfulness meditation is something that people can do almost anywhere.  For example, while waiting in line at the grocery store, a person can calmly look at places around them, including voices and experiences.

  • To do this, first place a cushion or chair on the ground.  Now keep the body very straight.  Leave the breath outside and inside.  When you take your breath in and feel it, then when you exhale, pay attention to it as well.  Take care of your breath.

  •  Practicing it prevents you from thinking out the thoughts that are stressing you.  By doing this you will not get rid of stress at all.  But when you become proficient in it gradually, you will remove yourself from stress.
 

3. ZenMeditation


    It is sometimes referred to as Zen.  This form of meditation has many steps and postures.  Zen meditation focuses on two ways, one by focusing on the breath and one by sitting.  Its goal is to understand one's thoughts and this increases confidence and increases the ability to operate and reduce anger.

  • Place the mat on the ground and sit on it in the lotus position.  Sit in it and concentrate on meditation.


4. Kundalini Yoga


   Kundalini yoga is an active form of meditation that involves deep breathing and chanting mantras.  People usually learn from a teacher.  However, anyone can learn poses and mantras at home.  Similar to other forms of yoga, Kundalini yoga can improve physical strength and reduce pain.  It can also improve mental health by reducing anxiety and depression.

  • Focus all your attention on your breath. It is important to control your breath both in yoga and meditation.
  • Whenever doing Kundalini yoga, focus all your attention on the breath.
  • The flow of breath from your spine to your head.  
  • Focus on move your attention from the bottom to the top.
