  Whole grains help more in metabolizing the body, so that your body will get energy throughout the day. Therefore, you will also feel less hungry.


2. Eat The Right Foods

    You should avoid eating things like burgers, pizza, cakes.  These foods are very high in fat.

     Your low fat or low sugar level foods products will have more calories than necessary.  Instead, eat non-sugar products, which will reduce your calories and reduce your weight. 

3. Drink More Water

     Whenever you feel hungry or you are going to eat, try to drink water immediately before that.  It makes you reduce hunger.  Drinking more water also increases your body's metabolic rate, and your stomach also feels full.
 
4.  Try And Reduce Your Food Quantity

     Try to reduce the amount of food gradually, which will make you habit of eating less.  Instead of eating together, you should eat a little bit several times a day.


    This makes your mind believe that if you have eaten enough, then you will not be able to eat much again.

 5. Eat Fiber-Rich Food
 
     You have to try to include fiber in your food.  It should contain both soluble fiber and insoluble fiber.

    Insoluble fiber is found in raw salads.  Raw salad will require more chewing to eat, which will give you hunger control.

6. Eat Salt In Moderation

    Reduce salt intake.  Salt keeps blood pressure high, which will make you sweat.  You will feel hungry when you sweat, which is not right for you.

7. Exercise Daily

     In the beginning you should start with easy exercises like climbing up and down stairs, walking in the market, morning and evening walk.
Then after some time you will also be able to do heavy exercises.

     Losing weight often leads to a lack of protein.  This also reduces your muscles.  Therefore you will need protein suitable for the body for which you can eat protein rich food.  This will reduce the weight of your stomach and not cause muscle loss.
