Nowadays exercise has become an essential part of daily life because so many problems or diseases are becoming parts of our daily life like obesity, some cancer-related problems, some lung problems, and commonly known back pain, etc....


     Now you need to know those exercises that are going to help you in getting a healthy life and get rid of these problems or prevent yourself from some kind of health problem.

    So here are some exercise -

1. Jumping jacks (20-30 times):-
  

      This exercise warms up your whole body and also beneficial in increasing your height and for doing this exercise here are some simple steps -



   1.1)  Firstly, stand straight with your palm touching your thighs. 
 
  1.2)  Secondly, you have to jump and put your legs wide apart and hands above the head.
  
 1.3)  Thirdly,  you have to come back to your starting position. 

          You have to this for 20-30 times.
Now relax for 30 seconds.

2. Sit-ups (10-15 Times):-


       This exercise is for your abdomen fat and this is also helpful in making six-abs.



2.1)  Firstly, you have to lie on the ground and put your hands beside your head.

2.2)  Secondly, you have to rise up your upper body with your legs bend on the ground.

2.3)  Thirdly, you have to go to the ground.
Now relax for a minute.


3. Mountain climb (20-30 times):-

      This exercise is also for your abdomen this helps to reduce your abdomen fat.


3.1)  Firstly, you have to put your hand on the ground and body straight (Like in that picture).

3.2) Secondly, you have to start running slowly. (as shown in picture).

3.3)  Thirdly, now stand up.
You have to repeat this for 20-30 times.
Now relax for a minute.


4. Push-ups (10-15) :-

    This exercise is for your shoulder and back.

 


    Do push-ups about 10-15 times.
Now relax for a minute.
 
5. Plank (30-60 seconds):-

       This exercise is best to exercise for making six abs and also burns your unnecessary fat.  



       Do plank for 30-60 seconds.

       These are the best exercises for beginners. 
      You can follow these for getting a healthy life.
