In this article, we are going to tell you about how bodyweight training helps you to develop your muscles and which are those exercises.
 
    One thing has been inserted in our mind that bodyweight training is just for beginners who don't know anything thing about the workout but I want to tell you that it's a MYTH.

    Yes, bodyweight training is good for beginners but if you just change the way of doing your bodyweight exercises then that will definitely help you to develop your muscles.

    So here we have begun to tell you how bodyweight training gonna help you to develop your muscles.


   Before moving towards those exercises first thing you need to keep in mind that "only this information does not gonna work until you do." MES:-

    When you start doing workout do every exercise until your muscle failure comes.
(Muscle failure is the time when you can't do any other rep no matter how much you try hard)
When you start doing this on your body extra pressure is gonna be applied and this will help you to develop your muscle and will also increase your muscle strength.


# DO MORE NUMBER OF SETS:-

  Fix your number of reps and then do at least 3-4 sets of every exercise. 

# INCREASE THE RESISTANCE:-

     Increase the resistance in your exercise.
When you increase resistance in your exercise there will be more power need to overcome that resistance and this will increase your muscle endurance.

# INCREASE THE WEIGHT:-

   Increase the weight in your weight lifting exercise this will help you to grow your muscles.
   Before doing any exercise you should always do a proper warm-up cause this cure your muscle failure problem and also helps to grow your muscles.

   Now you need to now some exercise for your muscle's growth.

1) PUSH-UPS ( SETS 3-4):-




    Push is the best exercise for your shoulders and chest. You just need to do this in a proper way and in a good number of sets. Do 8-10 push-ups in each set.

2) PULL-UPS (2-3 SETS):-

   

  This exercise develops your shoulders, helps you to develop your back, and helps you to increase your height. Do at least 4-5 pull-ups in every set.

3) BENCH PUSH-UPS (2-3 SETS):-

   


   This exercise develops your lower chest muscles.
Do these push-ups for about 8-10 times.

4)WEIGHT LIFTING (2-3 SETS):-



     For weight lifting try to increase weight as much as you can because this exercise is gonna so this exercise increases your muscle endurance.

5) Plank (2 mins):-



     This exercise is not best for muscle growth but this helps you to warm up your whole body and helps you to develop your abdomen muscles.

    Do this with the much weight and try to do it until your muscle failure comes.

    "Remember that when you are doing these exercises be sure that you are doing it in a proper way".

    You can increase or decrease the number of sets according to your health condition. 
So, we hope that these exercises gonna help you to develop your muscles and strength.

NOTE!
   DO THE PROPER WARM UP BEFORE DOING THESE EXERCISE LIKE RUNNING, JUMPING JACKS, etc...
