Stress has become a part of our life and cause so many problem to us.  So today we are going to tell you how you can overcome your stress. So, first of all, we are going to tell you what stress really is? 



     Stress is the physical reasons to any situation or anything and it lasts for only some time until that thing goes which caused us stress (that thing or situation called stressor) and there are mainly two types of stress:-

 1. Acute stress:- 

   Those stress which is caused in the presence of stressor and goes away after some time those are called acute stress. 

2.Chronic stress:-

    Those stress which stays even after stressor goes away then that is called chronic stress. 
"For killing any problem or disease we need to eliminate the cause of that problem or disease, not its effect."


So here are some common causes of the stress:-

» Stress due to work 

» Stress due to relationship 

» Stress due to deadline 

» Stress due to family problems 

» Stress due to Job loss 

» Stress due to results 

» Stress due to divorce 

» Stress due to financial problem

» Stress due to not accepting the uncertainty 

    And so on. Stress is not always real sometimes it is imaginary like:-

» Stress about retirement 

» Stress about child education 

» Stress about results (future results) 

    Stress is good for you because they increase your performance and also saves you from serious injuries or problems like if you have any work and its deadline is near then the stress of that work will keep you focused on your work and increase your performance. But sometimes the stress make so many problems to you like:-

» Depression or anxiety 

» Any kind of a pain in the body 

» Any skin problem 

» Memory loss 

» Loneliness 

» Negative thinking 

    And so on. The worst part of the stress is that people become familiar with it and don't even realize that they are stressed and this affects them in every bad way like depression and anxiety and memory loss.


The adrenaline and cholesterol hormones are responsible for the stress and the stress depends upon the quantity of these hormones. Some stress is physical and some are emotional. 

     So if you have any type of stress which may cause you any type of problem then you should give some time on yourself to overcome this stress. 

     To overcome your stress you can use these things or techniques:-

# Don't use caffeine or alcohol 

# Talk with someone (you trust) 

# Do some physical activity 

# Don't use drugs 

# Take proper sleep 

# Laugh more 

# Spend time with family and friends 

# Meditate 

# Light a candle and focus on it 

# Observe your thinking process 

# Spend some time in nature 

# Try to do something new 

    As I told you before that the worst part of the stress is that it becomes so familiar, so natural in our nature so here are some problems or bad habits which are part of the peoples those Cary stress for a long time. 

» Sleeping too much or having a problem to sleep

» Nail beating or eating 

» Negative thinking 

» Memory loss 

» Depression or anxiety 

» Problem to make decisions 

   These are the problems which stressed people have. So if you have any type of stress just give proper time to yourself and follow the above-given suggestions that will help you to overcome your stress.
