What is stress? / Psychological definition of stress

   Stress can be understood as any such physical, chemical or emotional factor. Those that produce physical and mental discomfort and can become a factor of disease formation.Physical or chemical factors that can cause stress include shock, infection and disease and any type of injury.

   A small amount of pressure and tension is sometimes beneficial. For example, pressure and tension of exam preparation.

   Feeling mild pressure, we are able to complete our work well and enthusiasm is also maintained while working.

   Conversely, working under high stress or pressure worsens the work. But it also hurts you physically and mentally.

There are two types of stress.
1. Eustress
2. Distress

Symptoms Of Stress

  • Sleep disturbance.
  • loss of appetite.
  • Insufficient concentration or weak memory.
  • Anger and irritability.
  • Panic habit.
  • Habit of alcohol or drugs
  • Violent behavior / behavior against society.
 
    Stress affects our body in three ways.

   Stress affects the human body in many ways.

  •  Human heart starts beating hard
  •  Man starts breathing quickly.
  •  Man starts shaking. 
  •  Man starts sweating.
  •  Frequent urination begins.
  •  Over stressing also causes hair loss. 

2.  Mental effects!

     Stress has following effects on human brain. 

  •  Decrease in concentration.
  •  Unable to make decisions.
  •  Loss of confidence.
  •  Worry unnecessarily
  •  To be afraid of something
  •  Irritability or repeated anger.

3.Effect in nature

  •  Excessive smoking.
  •  Symptoms of being nervous.
  •  Drink too much. 
  •  Overeating or eating very little. 
  •  Do not pay attention to anything.
  •  Just get angry at everything.

    People with stress can prove to be very dangerous.


 Stress Related Diseases


    Let us inform you that if you too are always living a stressful life with something, then you too may have some diseases due to stress.


     Diseases caused by stress can include acid peptic disease, alcohol addiction, asthma, weakness, headache, hypotension, heart disease (ischemic), sexual debility, and dermatitis.

Measures To Control Stress



1. Quit addiction

    Reduce intake of caffeine, alcohol and nicotine. All drugs, such as caffeine and nicotine, increase the level of stress in a person by being stimulating.
    That is why quit the addiction today.


2. Do yoga and meditation

    Do yoga yoga meditation regularly for at least 30 minutes a day.There are some types of yoga that can relieve stress.We have already written two articles on Yoga.

3. Eat a balanced diet

     To keep your health healthy, to reduce stress, take healthy food and diet such as fruits, vegetables and multigrain etc. The antioxidants available in fruits and vegetables are necessary to prevent the production of free radicals in the body.

4. Have a good sleep

    Have at least 7-8 hours of deep sleep.Lack of sleep can increase stress.

    That is why one should sleep well so that you remain relaxed.

5. Time management!

   Manage your time well. Eliminate others by giving them extra work. . do not think much. By taking more work load on the head, you can suffer stress.

   That is why you manage your time properly so that you can be stress free.
