1.Swastikasana




   To perform this yoga asana, one has to bend the left leg from the knee and place it between the right thigh and the leg in such a way that the bottom of the left leg is hidden. After that, by establishing the paws and bottom of the right foot from the bottom of the left leg between the thigh and the foot, the swastika posture becomes

   In this posture, a person has to sit with his back straight and take a deep breath and leave it slowly.

2. gorakshaasan




   To perform this yoga asana, heel and claw have to be joined and kept in front. Then, keeping the suture pulse on the heel, one has to sit on it. Both knives should be dropped to the ground. Hands should be kept in meditation posture.

3.Yogamudrasana




    To perform this yoga asana, one has to sit with the feet spread out on the ground. The right leg has to be placed on the right thigh in such a way that the heel of the left foot comes between the navel. The right foot has to be brought in such a way that it joins below the navel with the heel of the left foot.

   Both hands should be retracted. Then the wrist of the left hand should be held with the right hand. Then take a deep breath. Tilt the nose to the ground while leaning forward.

4.Shankhasana




    To do this yoga asana, hands have to be placed on the knees. One has to sit in Kagasana posture on one leg. There should be a little distance between the legs. Taking a deep breath, the right knee has to be placed near the paws of the left leg and the left knee is not bent to the right.

   The neck has to rotate from left to back. After stopping for a while, you have to come in the center while exhaling. Similarly one has to do from the other side
