1.Eat Foods Rich In Protein And Carbohydrates

   If you want to increase your weight fast, then eat high carbohydrate and high fat food.


2. Eat Foods That Provide More Energy

    Eat as much food as you can and eat delicious food. Eating more will give your body strength.

      Eat things that provide strength to the body such as almonds, walnuts, peanuts, milk, cheese, yogurt, cream, butter, oats, brown rice, chicken and goat meat, potatoes, sweet potatoes etc. This will help you to gain weight a lot.

3.Go To  Gym And Exercise

    By taking all these things mentioned by us, you will only work to send the amount of fat in your body. This will not increase your weight. By doing this, only the fat of your stomach will increase and you will become fat.


   Go to the gym 4-5 days in a week and do weight lifting. The maximum calories in your body go into your body muscles and not take the form of fat cell. This will make your body in a good shape.

  • Do not drink too much water before eating food. This eats your hunger.
  • If you smoke then leave it immediately. This causes great harm to your body and your body weight does not increase.
  • Do not stay awake for any reason. Get at least 7- 8 hours of sleep.
